Theatrical Ceremony

My Inspiration:

Going to see a ballet may not be possible at this very moment but when it was it provided great inspiration to my thoughts on ceremonies. Why not rent an unusual space like a theater to host your wedding ceremony. It would give the guests something exciting to enjoy and in this world of social distancing it would provide you with plenty of seats and room between. You could serve individual bags of popcorn to each guest as they exit with directions to the reception.

Purple Pansies

My Inspiration:

These purple pansies are an inspiration in two ways. The colors and patterns on the face of each flower are delightful and provide so much color inspiration. Can you imagine your wedding party dressed in shades of purple or in floral patterned dresses carrying yellow and white flowers? A pansy flower is edible, so you could pull that same color scheme into your wedding cake by adding pansies to the cake or cupcakes too.

Giant Games

My Inspiration:

When I stumbled across this giant chess game on the outskirts of the Powerscourt Hotel Garden (a while back) it gave me some literal inspiration. Your guests will love to play giant versions of familiar and loved games from their childhood and now. There are plenty of online sources and rental companies that offer these types of games to jazz up your cocktail hour or outside reception.

Unique Shoes

My Inspiration:

These pretty cowgirl boots made me think they would be great for a country theme or rustic barn wedding. Think of all the unique shoes types you could explore for yourself and your wedding party. Although they make a great option, don't feel like you are stuck with formal shoes when there are a plethora of fun styles to choose from. We encourage you putting your own flair on details like this!

Hot Air Balloon

My Inspiration:

It's hard not to be inspired by a hot air balloon that shows up practically in your back yard. Can you imagine showing up to your wedding ceremony in one of these or taking off in one for some pretty incredible photos after your wedding ceremony? If you really wanted to show your guests a good time offering them hot air balloon rides throughout the evening would be thrilling to many.
